Raspberry Yogurt Muffins

With 5g fibre, 8g protein, 4g sugar and 17g net carbs (full nutrition facts below), these muffins make perfect low-glycemic snack, or even a quick on the go breakfast. You can substitute the raspberries in this recipe for blueberries or another type of berry if you prefer. You can use the recipe for regular-sized muffins or mini-muffins.
